Our existing R&D center in Nanjing will be relocated to a new, larger site in the Nanjing Xingang Economic and Technological Development Zone. The center covers a floor area of 26,668.3 m2 and has a built-up area of nearly 20,000 m2, with a capital investment of approximately 48 million yuan. The move to this new center is expected to take place in the second half of 2008. The research laboratory in cooperation with XBL will also be located in the new R&D center.
